How to communicate about a work order

Communicating with location staff, the facilities team and service providers about a work order is easy with OpenWrench. Simply navigate to the Work Order detail page from the Work Orders page and click on the Notes tab.

From there, you can add notes, photos, videos or start a live chat with the team involved in that work order.

If needed, you can also click the list of subscribers to the work order chat to add or remove folks who need to be notified about notes.
