After a field technician completes a service call, they'll update the status of their visit to reflect whether the issue is resolved or whether they need to come back again to finish the job.
If the contractor marks the issue resolved, the person responsible for that location will be notified that the work is done and asked to approve that it is complete and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
To approve a service call, navigate to the work order from the Work Orders page by clicking on the work order record. You can filter by work order number, location and status to make finding the right work order easier.
From the Work Order Detail page, scroll down to find the service call. To approve, simply click the purple Approve Work button, add your comments to the dialog and submit. To dispute the work, click the white Reject Work button and add your comments to the dialog explaining why you believe the work was not completed in a satisfactory fashion.
